Herne Bay Waterfront Modernist Apartment!
This 1960’s building is a wonderful example of ‘modernist’ architecture. The apartment has continuous windows right along the northern and eastern aspects. The sun is there first thing in the morning and remains until the late afternoon.
The views are of gardens to the right and the harbour, at the end of the apartment’s shared lawn, through the pohutukawa’s. Here there is a jetty to swim, fish or kayak from and a shed to store your kayak or paddle board.
